Synopsis
A very long time ago at the seaside of the Black sea, there was the Kingdom of Colchis. Aeetes, the King of the Colchis, together with a few horsemen are trotting along the seaside. Among the horsemen, there are several foreign guests. The elder king of “Arustan”, a fat man, called Suleiman is riding a small horse and looking up to Aeetes from below. Suleiman is concerned. Aeetes has a stern expression. For the time being, they were moving forward in silence. Behind the horsemen, the son of Suleiman is plodding along; he and his father had come to Colchis to marry Aeetes’s daughter, Medea. In order to win Medea’s heart, Darius had to fight the dragon, but he was terrified and instead of fighting back he wetted himself. Disgraced father and son are going back to their homeland.
At the seaside, from the hidden place Medea, Chan, Goliath, and Anano are spying on Suleiman’s send-off. Aeetes had one and only, the most beautiful daughter. And Medea had a sorcerer as a master, who was from the east and was called Chan. Chan taught Medea the secrets of sorcery. Medea had yet another teacher, a middle-aged woman, called Anano. Anano had a very peculiar personality, she flirted with any man she met. She acted coquettishly in front of an old man or a young boy.
Dawn, the full moon is about to fade away. The surrounding area will be lit by daylight soon. Chan teaches Medea to make the magic elixir. In this magical ritual lizard, Alexander, who had his tail cut, is taking part as well.
Centaur Chiron fights young Jason. The centaur is a strong fighter, but Jason is not losing either. Eventually, Jason defeats the centaur and asks him to tell the secret concerning his birth. The centaur tells him the story of how the cousin of his father, Pelias, had overthrown his father from his throne and how he had killed every child, except Jason.
Pelias visits the oracle at the temple of Apollo. Pythia, an oracle and a black woman, tells Pelias about his past life and the prophecy that his nephew, Jason will appear, who might obtain back his father’s throne. In order to avoid that Pelias must send Jason to Colchis to obtain the golden fleece. Everything that Pythia tells, appears as dreamlike images in front of Pelias. As Pelias sees this dreamlike imagery, he becomes extremely terrified. Every image that appears in front of Pelias, terrifies him and as a result, he tries to escape from the temple, but the helping souls of Pythia hold him down and force him to watch.
Medea and Anano, who have sneaked into Chan’s laboratory, are preparing an elixir. Medea remembers instructions Chan taught her to make the elixir. As a result of the mistake, Medea makes the magical elixir pours onto Anano accidentally and she transforms into a lizard. Joyful Alexander hugs Anano.
At the battle stadium, spectators from all over the world are gathered. They cheer the foreign knights with a howl. The knights, who came to win Medea’s heart, show off various martial arts techniques and moves. Four knights have arrived. Hidalgo from Spain, Samurai from Japan, an Indigenous fighter from Africa, and Bogatyr from Russia. The host of the competition introduces the knights to the audience.
The host glances at the king’s lodge, no one has arrived there yet. He is certain that Aeetes is looking for Medea now and that is the reason he is late. It is always the case. The host tries to buy some time and excites the spectators even more with his words and actions. The audience roars.
Medea approaches her seat with her back straightened and dignity. She looks at her father. Aeetes is happy and by nodding his head he allows her of something. Medea cuts the red ribbon. A huge, fire-breathing bull comes out of the cage. The bull looks at the warriors and throws the Spanish knight away with the first blow. Now the Japanese and then the African. People are excited. Aeetes and the nobles leave the battlefield.
Medea, Anano, and Alexander who are sitting comfortably on the back of a dragon, fly high in the sky. The dragon does amazing tricks. It flies higher and flies over the mountains, rivers and then the sea appears on the horizon; The ship of Argonauts approaches the seaside. The Greek heroes get off the ship. A huge shadow flies over their head.
During the full moon, the dragon turns into a human. He used to be a human, but evil, magical forces had transformed him into a dragon and entrusted him to Chan. Khun Zi came from China together with Chan and guarded the golden fleece in the cave.
The Argonauts approach the cave where the dragon is. They are followed by the army of warriors of Aeetes secretly. Then as Argonauts fight with the dragon, the army catches them using the net which they had set up before.
Aeetes is enraged, he is planning to execute the Argonauts because of the attempt to steal the golden fleece. Jason explains that they are noble heroes and that they have come to Colchis on the order of the king; he also tells him that he is the son of Aesson. At this very moment, Medea enters the room. Medea’s and Jason’s eyes meet and they become instantly mesmerized. On the basis of Medea’s request, Aeetes decides not to execute them anymore. He announces a battle competition for the knights to win over Medea’s heart. Alexander delivers the love letters between Jason and Medea. Anano is charmed by Alexander’s bravery.
The day of the competition has come, people are looking forward to the battle of the Greek heroes. However, spectators are astonished how the greek heroes refuse to fight and yield to Jason; he defeats the bull with Medea’s help.
Medea is taking Jason to the cave to introduce him to Khun Zi, who is turned into a dragon. Chan and Khun Zi are planning the ways to take the golden fleece and the head of the ram from Jason.
One day, as Alexander is delivering Medea’s love letter to Jason, he sees Medea and Jason caressing each other in Jason’s bedroom. Delighted, Alexander silently sneaks out on his toes not to disturb the lovers. But when he returns, sees that Anano and Medea are waiting for him, Alexander is unable to figure out if Medea was with Jason or not. Everyone goes to Jason’s room and there they see that Jason is kissing someone, a woman looking like Medea. The sound of the door drew Jason’s attention and as he looked, noticed Medea among the people; then he looks at the woman in his arms, but he is Chan, who for some reason gradually started to become a woman.
Chan is the daughter of the emperor of China, called Kokuni. She was turned into a man by her evil stepmother using black magic and she was banished from her homeland in that manner. The goliath, Khun Zi was Kokuni’s personal guard and he was turned into the flying lizard by the evil magician. Both were expelled from Kokuni’s father’s palace and took refuge in Tibet, with Buddhist monks, who were the rulers of white magic. Chan learned the secrets of the white magic in Tibet, while Khun Zi gradually grew into a huge dragon. Envoys of Aeetes were looking for a white magic scholar in Tibet, and the monks offered Chan. Chan and Khun Zi arrived in Colchis. Chan knew that his curse could only be removed in Colchis. Jason’s heartfelt kiss removed the curse and Chan became a woman again, and the dragon turned back into the Goliath Khun Zi.
Kokuni knows the secret of the golden fleece. Jason gives Kokuni the ram’s head. Kokuni assembles the head, the body of the ram and the miracle happens. The “Golden fleece” becomes a time-space travel gateway. Beyond the gate, there is an ancient kingdom of China, and on this side – Colchis.
All of a sudden, the gate blows up and the whole image disappears. The legs of the “Golden fleece” are missing again.
